Actor, Singer, Performer in Los Angeles, California

Bio

I was born in the middle of a blizzard at Jamaica Hospital in Queens New York. When I was half way through the 6th grade my family moved to Lakeland, Florida where I learned to throw cow patties with the best of them. So I guess you can say I am part country boy, part city boy, of Italian American decent. However on one of our first trips back to N.Y. my cousin Maria took me to see my first Broadway Show, “Godspell”. I left the theatre knowing that that was what I wanted to do, be an actor on the stage. At sixteen while working on my Eagle Scout project I met a woman whose Father was President of the Lakeland Little Theatre. She told me that they were holding auditions for “South Pacific” and I should try out. I was cast in the show and never looked back. Over the next two years I was cast in six shows at two neighboring community theatres as well as Polk Community College. My high school didn’t do shows so I was extremely lucky to have these opportunities. All through high school I was working at Walt Disney World on weekends, vacations and breaks while not performing, and still managed to graduate with honors. After graduating from college with a B.S. in Communications, I moved to N.Y.C., and was there for ten days before I was cast in a show at “Neil’s New Yorker Dinner Theatre. After having some success in N.Y.C., I was cast in a workshop that was in rehearsal for six months and after a short hiatus was supposed to open on Broadway. The Marquee was up and everything. So with a few months free I decided to see what L.A. was like. Needless to say after six months of L.A., we got word the show was not going to happen. I stayed in L.A. Four years and numerous commercials later I met my wife on vacation and moved to Chicago to pursue her. Two years after that we were married. While in Chicago I did a lot of theatre direction, including several shows that the legendary Saber Room, and the Chicago Cultural Centers’ production of “Darrow” staring Joel Daley, lead Anchor for the Channel 7 News. Ten years and three children later we moved to California so I could resume my career. And now the story goes on……..
